An event at a Hotel will probably cost $100 to $125 per person. Those are the average price I've seen the other classes before us pay for their 50 Year Reunion. The other alternative is something cheaper and more affordable like we've done in the past 4-5 reunions where we could put on the reunion in the $60 range per person. Both events are basically the same a Hall/event center, food, DJ, decorations you buy your drinks. There's a bunch of other fixed costs with putting on an event (Insurance, linens, bartenders, etc.). The reunions have always been a good time where everyone can get together and talk and spend time together. From what I've seen at all of the other past reunions everyone likes to mingle around and catching up with each other and a minimum of a dog and pony show.
