Kevin Young passed away in September 2024, reported by his sister Connie Young Wood.  She wrote this on the Facebook website You know your from Rancho Cordova if....

I would like to say a few words.

Kevin lived 68 years of his 69 years in Rancho, Due to our family moving around a lot in Rancho, he has attended a few different schools. He participated in youth sports and school athletics. Kevin graduated 1975 from Cordova and then entered into the Army.

Kevin was a fun guy, party guy and fiercely loved our mom, his motorcycles and whatever car he would tinker with and get it running. Since our mother's death in 2016, Kevin's life was not the best, but he did what he could to survive and carry on. We lost track these last few years and I will forever feel sad. I am thankful he had friends that helped him navigate life and helped him in the end.
